As a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Maryland, I have routinely calculated Return On Investment (ROI) for large private and government projects, and decided to do the same for a typical home in Maryland. 

From the Facts Page, I am confident that the ROI is conservatively 29% and pay-back is in 3 years.

My audiences are the homeowners, commercial real estate owners, and solar contractors. In my presentations, I will address all lingering questions about solar installations, and go through the details of the valuable investment they are going to enjoy. 

I will connect homeowners and commercial real estate owners, with the trusted solar contractor. The result will be a conforming feeling which will act like a snow-ball effect, accelerating the installation of solar panels, to the benefit of our children and grandchildren. The climate is in desperate need for every reduction of CO2 emission possible.


A summary of my engineering experience:

I have contributed to over one billion dollars of new and modern construction, in the US and overseas, working for the most reputable companies, large and small. 

Within these projects, I re-commissioned the largest solar PV in the world in 1988 in Saudi Arabia installed by Arco-Solar, and I knew then how incredibly powerful tool we got, which can generate electricity directly from sun light. 

For the last ten years, I was a member of the Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) team, contracted with the government for the oversight of design, construction and cost estimating, for one of the largest projects, designed and built by a group of the largest engineering and construction firms in the US.
